More info: This driver is for NE2000 compatible PCI cards. It will not work with ISA NE2000 cards (they have their own driver, "NE2000/NE1000 support" below). If you have a PCI NE2000 network (Ethernet) card, say Y here. This driver also works for the following NE2000 clone cards: RealTek RTL-8029 Winbond 89C940 Compex RL2000 KTI ET32P2 NetVin NV5000SC Via 86C926 SureCom NE34 Winbond Holtek HT80232 Holtek HT80229 To compile this driver as a module, choose M here. The module will be called ne2k-pci.
